Guest Terms and Conditions:
Payment/Cancellation Policy/Damages deposit:
If more than 30 days notice is given or the confirmation has been received for less than 2 days, then rescheduling/cancellation of booking is permitted but a fee of AUD 50 will be charged.
If cancelled or modified within 30 days of arrival, or a no-show, the full price will be charged unless it can be rebooked.
Reservation balance will be charged to your credit card 1 month prior to arrival unless otherwise arranged.
By making payment, you have an exclusive licence to occupy the property for the days specified (but not possession).
A security deposit of $200 will be required on day of arrival. This this can be by direct debit or credit card and will automatically returned in 3-5days following your stay.
Code Red Fire Alert Days:
If a day is declared “Code Red” (the worst conditions for fire danger), Dream views at Arthurs Seat will not be operating and the premises will be closed. If your booking falls on a Code Red Day, you will be offered alternative dates for accommodation, subject to availability by mutual agreement. Overseas guest will be assisted in finding alternative accommodation and receive a full refund.
No Smoking/Damage-Loss/Cleaning Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment even with the door open. Standard cleaning services on your departure day are included in the tariff. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a neat and tidy state without the need for excessive cleaning. You are responsible for all cleaning charges in the event that the property is left in a state that requires more than a standard clean.
Check In & Check Out:
Check in time: after 3pm
Check out: by 10am.
We can only advise of times outside our usual arrival & departure on the day, as it is dependent on other bookings.
In House Rules:
The number of guests staying is restricted to the couple indicated on the confirmation notification or online booking and in the event that other non authorized guests are found to stay at the property we have the right to terminate the booking without refund. Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not cause disruption to others staying at the property or to neighbouring properties and the noise level must not be audible from neighbouring properties from10pm to 8am. We reserve the right to remove guests who do not comply and no refunds or alternative accommodation will be provided. The use of candles is strictly prohibited, unless they are in a semi sealed container specifically designed for candle use. Dream Views is not liable for loss to you for any personal belongings while you are in the property. If personal items are left behind please send a reply paid envelope/package in order for us to return the items.
